Cancellation Policy

1. Booking & Deposits All sessions require a non-refundable deposit to secure your date and time. No date is held without a deposit. Remaining balance is due before or at the start of the session. 2. Rescheduling & Cancellations Clients may reschedule once with at least 48 hours’ notice—your deposit will transfer to the new date. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will require a new deposit to rebook. No-call/no-shows automatically forfeit their deposit. 3. Late Policy A 10-minute grace period is allowed. After 10 minutes, late time will count against your session. After 20 minutes, your session may be canceled and the deposit forfeited. 4. Turnaround Time Standard turnaround for portraits: 3–7 business days. Standard turnaround for events: 7–14 business days. Rush edits are available for an additional fee. 5. Additional Edits Each session includes a set number of edits. Additional edits, retouches, or revisions may require an extra fee. 6. Payment All payments are final. Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances. 7. Guests Limit guests unless previously discussed. Too many people in the studio can affect workflow. 8. Copyright & Usage Jadoflicks retains the rights to all images. Clients receive permission to use photos for personal use and social media. Commercial usage must be discussed prior to the shoot. 9. Studio Rules No smoking or illegal activity in the studio. Damaged equipment or props must be paid for by the client.
